About Us

Mechanical Insulation Systems was established in 2003 by the three Kubasta brothers, David, Ehren, and Bradley, along with parents Rudy and Kaye Kubasta. Together, the Kubasta Family has more than a century of experience in the industry. David, the oldest son, began his career in the industry in 1994; Ehren the middle son in 1996; and Bradley the youngest in 2001. Since the establishment in 2003 MI Systems has successfully completed over $25,000,000 in various commercial and industrial mechanical insulation and firestopping projects. Our recipe for success is based on the ability to adapt to the ever changing environment and conditions, while staying grounded, and providing top-quality products and services at a competitive price. We pride ourselves on being a big part of the new “GREEN” or “LEED” era, and can evaluate and provide value engineering on projects of all sizes, saving clients money, while still providing top-quality products and installations.  MI Systems specializes in higher education, institutional, medical, oil field, energy, and industrial plant projects, and also provieds full service/term contracts to a variety of facilities.
